The perfect internal auditor training solution

Designed for staff who need to carry out GMP inspections and system audits.

If you’re a business who’s certified to an Agents and Brokers certificate, then you don’t need to complete GMP inspections, which means that the super course ‘system audits and for internal auditors’ is more suitable.

Internal auditors should be the most well-trained members of staff within a business, as they need to be able to identify problems before they cause an issue. Doing this will reduce waste, keep complaints low and prevent external non-conformances – keeping your customers happy.

However, internal auditors don’t tend to not be provided with the level of training that they need, so that they can effectively carry out system audits and GMP inspections.

This course is designed to change all that.

It teaches you how to audit your business’ system audits and complete GMP inspections. You’ll learn about GMP so that you know how to ensure that the facility and practical controls are audit ready – all the time.

You’ll also learn how to continue your personal development, so that you can become an awesome auditor and protect your business from complaints, waste and external non-conformances.

Our learner thought the course was good, and that it was very in depth and covered a lot. She also said that she thoroughly enjoyed it and could relate to it. She did mention that she felt a bit pushed for time to complete it all in the one day.

    • Mel Allen

Hi Donna, thank you for providing feedback from your learner. Our specification for this course does state that the course duration is 1 day – however, I’m sorry that you were not aware that our elearning courses can be stopped and started until they are complete, and that there’s no time limit to complete them. We will improve and highlight this in our communication to new users from now on.

I found that having access to the lesson guides along side the video tuition very helpful. As it gave me time to go back over the content until it sunk in.
The booklet going through the audit conformance and non conformance with all the documents was a great exercise.
At first I found the course quite repetitive, but then was thankful for it when it came to the end quiz.

    • Mel Allen

Thanks Helen, the practical auditing part of this course which is part of your assessment, we think is a really great way to confirm what we’ve taught. It’s okay to understand the course content, but you do need to be able to apply it – so our course aims to ensure this.

The tailored, smaller units made the course much more accessible for our trainees. They did not feel daunted, which would have been my concern with a traditional classroom course.
We gained three confident internal auditors!

    C. Pulella

This was a good course, I found it easy to follow and understand. Lots of helpful insights into auditing and I especially found the suggestion of more collaboration with staff being audited useful. The only point I’d have liked was inclusion of detail in actual audit compliance with BRC. such as how to validate/ verify using audit details.

    • Kassy Marsh

Thanks for your review, that’s great to hear you found the course useful. We do have a different course, that’s designed for those who will manage the audit programme – which covers how to create a procedure and comply with the requirements. The course is called ‘Managing the internal audit programme and non-conformance action system

  16. Jay Brown – New World Foods (Remote group training session)

All of the course was very helpful and I enjoyed finding all the bad things that were in the factory in the training about GMP inspections, I felt that this was a good example on what to look for. The course was all good but I found auditing the mistakes on the documentation examples was something I needed to improve on. Its a good course and I don’t think anything needs to be improved. I learnt alot of things I didn’t know. The course met my expectations and objectives and I found the standard of tutoring, lesson guide, expertise of the tutor, course presentation slides and course exercises and games to be very good.

  17. Simon Worsley – New World Foods (Remote group training session)

The course met my expectations and objectives. I particularly found the GMP, audits and senior management sections helpful and enjoyable. I would have liked the senior management section to be longer as there wasn’t enough time to take it all in. The tutoring, lesson guide, expertise of the tutor and course presentation slides were all very good and the course exercises and games were excellent.

  18. James Baeza – New World Foods (Remote group training session)

I felt that the trainer was easy to work with and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone. If I had to say what could improve the course, I couldn’t say as it all seemed well done to me. All of the course was helpful and enjoyable and this was new to me so it opened up my eyes to things I wouldn’t have seen before. The course met my expectations and objectives and I thought all aspects of the tutoring, materials, expertise and presentation were all very good.

  19. D Purvis – New World Foods

I thought the expertise of the tutor was excellent. The standard of tutoring and lesson guide were very good. Course presentation slides and exercises and games were good too. The course did meet my expectations and objectives and I found that the entire course was helpful and enjoyable. In terms of what could possibly be improved, I don’t feel qualified to give an opinion other than it seemed to be well presented and tutored. Overall I enjoyed the course.

I thought that the course was very well delivered and that I learnt alot. I felt very well involved with the group and particularly enjoyed the group work.
