BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 training for operations

This course is specifically designed for the operations team. It covers the changes in the BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 standard that affect the operations department, such as process, production and packing. It teaches what the change are, what they mean and what you need to do about them.

What’s included

eLearning

This BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 training is specific to the changes from Issue 8 to Issue 9. It’s provided in eLearning format – so you can complete it at a time which is suitable to you and at your own pace. The training has been split into three formats:

1. Significant changes will be delivered using mini training units, with a test at the end of each unit.

2. Smaller changes will be delivered using a 5 to 10 minute video, where you’ll learn what the changes are, what they mean and what to do about them.

3. Admin changes will be delivered using our implementation workbook, where you’ll find the details of the change and an action plan to implement them.

By providing the learning in this way, we can deliver exactly what you need to know if the shortest amount of time, so that you can get on with implementation.

Bi-monthly Q&A

The training is eLearning and we know that you like to ask questions and to be able to discuss what you’re learning, so we’re running live group sessions on Teams. These sessions are exclusively for those who have booked training with us.

The sessions will be held every fortnight and will be hosted by Kassy. The first part of the session will be a Q&A, followed by a theme based discussion. The themes for each session will be published in advance. Each session will be for an hour on Teams and will start from mid October.
