This corrective and preventive action training course will teach you everything you need to know about the corrective and preventive action section of the standard, including root cause analysis.
This eLearning is a must-have for any staff who are accountable for corrective and preventive action within their business.
The course takes approx. 5 hours to complete (without breaks), it’s therefore considered to be a one-day course including breaks.

About the training
This course is a must for staff who are accountable or responsible for the non-conformance action system and those who are going to be carrying out internal audits of this subject.
The mini training – understanding improvement and non-conformance actions must be completed before doing this unit.
The course includes exercises and takes approx. 50 minutes without breaks.
The test is made up of 25 multiple-choice questions. 70% is required to pass and gain a certificate. The test is open book and retakes are free of charge.

This course explains how culture affects corrective and preventive action and how you can move your business’ culture up the action culture scale.
