This eLearning course will teach you how to define the action that must be taken when a non-conformance is received and then the key aspects of completion, ready for verification.

This course explains the roles of accountable manager and responsible person and divides up the 7-steps of completing corrective and preventive actions between them. This means it’s clear who is accountable for each non-conformance that’s raised.

Defining the action that needs to be taken is a focus of this course, to ensure that it’s appropriate for the non-conformance. It provides guidelines on how to define the action and then how to collate evidence of its completion.

Defining action instructions

Defining action instructions

You wouldn’t go shopping without an idea of what food you need to buy. Defining what action is needed, before it’s assigned for completion is based on the same principle – as it ensures that the action taken is appropriate to resolve the non-conformance. This course provides practical guidelines and examples to explain this.
