    All of our senior managers completed this course following the the publication of Issue 9. A very comprehensive course, covering culture, business planning and setting objectives through to managing resources and understanding Non conformances.
    This gave us the tools and understanding to completely overhaul our Business Strategy, bring everything into alignment in order to create a clear vision, with SMART Objectives that we were more easily able to communicate to the wider team.
