About the training

This course is a must for anyone who is responsible for certification within your business. It explains the aspects of the standard that may have always puzzled or confused you.

If you’ve ever wondered why the auditor is so interested in your scope, when it’s just a fancy way of describing what you do – then this course is for you.

managing your certification

The technical review

During the technical review, your audit report is assessed. At this stage, non-conformances can be added, removed or the grading of them changed.
This course teaches you why they do this and what to look for, so you don’t fall foul of any changes that are made during the review.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities

This course ensures that you understand which responsibilities sit with your certification body, which are jointly owned, and which firmly sit with you. Failure to meet these responsibilities can mean that your certificate expires, which may mean you automatically get a major non-conformance on your next audit.
