Pack 3: Continuous Improvement eDocs

£302.00 (plus VAT)

Continuous improvement is one of the most important elements of the management system. It makes sure that our standards don’t slip. It corrects things when they go wrong. It ensures that we prevent the reoccurrence of problems and it drives us to continually improve.

This continuous improvement pack includes simple, yet perfectly designed systems for managing all aspects of continuous improvement. It includes an internal audit programme for both system audits and GMP inspections. The non-conformance system provides a simple solution for assessing whether corrective action is sufficient, or if root cause analysis is needed to determine preventive actions. You even get the Techni-K root cause analysis method (smart analysis), so you can train your team and start driving improvement.

Where things do go wrong, you’ll know exactly what to do as you’ll be able to follow the defined routines for non-conforming product, returns, complaints and stock write off.

Finally, you’ll be able to use all of that great information that you’ve collated, to trend and review it – so that you can preempt and prevent any problems which may be heading your way.

Download this pack and give this aspect of the system the focus it deserves – look after your continuous improvement system and it will look after everything else.

The corrective and preventive action systems in this pack are fully aligned with our mini training series, so you can be confident that once you’ve implemented the pack, you can then train your team to complete each of the roles needed.

Continuous improvement

Continuous improvement

Internal audits and GMP inspections will prevent problems from happening. The non-conforming product, complaints and returns systems handles problems when they do go wrong.  This pack includes a simple system for both non-conformance actions and improvement actions.  Bolt on the mini training understanding improvement and non-conformance actions, to ensure that all staff using this system are trained and competent.

Root Cause

Root cause analysis

This is now a fundamental aspect in all GFSI recognised schemes and gets more and more focus every time the Standards are updated.

This pack provides you with the step-by-step method which designed by Techni-K for the food industry – smart analysis. The method allows you to flex the process depending on whether the problem you’re looking to resolve is simple, or complex. We also provide mini training for this subject, so you can train your root cause analysis team members.

Internal auditing

Internal auditing

The purpose of the internal auditing programme is to find the problems before external auditors do and also before they cause a complaint, non-conforming product (and so waste) or in the worst-case a withdrawal or recall. Finding the problems in your system allows you to fix them – so this system is designed to see internally raised non-conformances as a good thing. A robust non-conformance system then manages them, resolves them and then verifies that they’ve worked. Meaning that you can get on with the day job.
