Our Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing course has been designed to make product safety planning easier to understand and apply in practice.

Rather than simply teaching the principles of HACCP, the course takes learners through a clear, structured seven-stage approach to developing, implementing and maintaining an effective product safety plan.

Learners are guided through each stage step by step, from laying the foundations and preparing the information needed for hazard analysis, through to identifying hazards, selecting and validating controls, implementing the plan and keeping it effective through ongoing review and maintenance.

Complex subjects are broken down into straightforward explanations, practical methods and realistic examples, helping learners understand not only what they need to do, but how to do it.

The course is designed for members of your HACCP, HARA or HAPRC team, who are responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining HACCP and product safety plans within manufacturing, storage and distribution environments, plus agents and brokers. It is designed to give learners the knowledge and practical understanding they need to contribute confidently to an effective product safety system.

By the end of the course, learners will understand how these seven stages work together as a continuous process to ensure the product safety plan remains effective, up to date and capable of controlling significant product safety hazards.
