Pack 16: Hygiene eDocs
£190.00 (plus VAT)
This documentation pack provides you with everything you need to implement the hygiene and housekeeping, pest management and waste control requirements into your management system.
Your hygiene system needs to be based on risk. This pack provides you with a method of determining that risk, using a flow chart. The flow chart will determine the risk and therefore the frequency of your cleaning, for each task. Once you’ve determined this, the pack guides you through development of your cleaning procedures (in the form of Cleaning Instruction Cards) and records. To aid planning, the pack also includes a clean scheduling tool.
If you run a CIP system, that’s also covered in this pack. You’re provided with a risk assessment to help you determine what controls are required – for both verification of the CIP cleans and also for maintenance of the system.
Pest management is a topic where mistakes are often found at audit. The procedure walks you through how to ensure your pest control system is in good order and the instruction document gives you guidance on how to manage your contractor.
Finally, the procedure covers the subject of waste and surplus materials. How to handle waste, what the facilities should look like, animal feed, waste specifications and even how to look after the bins.
If you’re looking to set a new standard on site for hygiene, this pack is definitely your first step to becoming ‘audit ready’ every day.
