Who is the dashboard designed for?

The dashboard is for everyone in your business that needs training on an ongoing basis. You can manage this yourself using an admin login which allows you to add learners from all levels; operatives, team leaders, supervisors and even your management team.

Does it require installation?

No. The training dashboard is a cloud-based system. You simply just log in here.

Techni-K Training Dashboard

What does it do?

Once we’ve set up your training dashboard, you can log in and set up your learners and assign the course(s) that you want them to do.

The learner then logs in and completes their course(s).

On completion, the system generates a PDF certificate that’s stored in the learner’s course profile page – this can be downloaded and printed or simply shown on screen in an audit.

The system has loads of other functions for you to utilise, full instructions are provided in the knowledge base.

What does it look like?

When learners are given a username and password from the business admin, they simply login and see their training profile loaded with the courses that have been assigned to them. They will also be able to download their certificate here in this profile page, once courses are completed, reset their password and see their progress.

When learners click to start a course assigned to them, a new window will open that will have a video screen that will play the course. The video is interactive, so they will be able to click and control things inside it to progress forward.

As well as the main area where the training video is played, there’s also areas in this window that contain a description of the training, supporting document downloads and where there are units in the course – a unit progression area which shows a description of each unit and what unit the learner is in. When a learner passes through a unit, they then have the option to click that unit button to revisit it, before completing the course test at the end.

How much does it cost?

The training dashboard is free of charge and we can normally get everything setup and our training issued in just a few minutes, following purchase. You can then purchase credits, which can be loaded onto your dashboard, together with a range of courses that you’d like added. Our courses, depending on what you choose, have a credit value. All of our food safety and GMP eLearning courses are just 1 credit. The compliance mini trainings are just 1 credit too! Our super courses credit values vary, depending on which course you choose. The credit values can be found next to the pricing in our product pages and we can put a quotation together for you if you have a specific training need – just get in touch for this.

You can load as many learners onto the dashboard as you like, the credits are only used when a learner presses the ‘start course’ button.

The credits don’t have a time limit to be used up either, so you can use them whenever you like – which gives you the opportunity to use your training budget without losing out, if you can’t use it all before it’s renewed each year.

What courses can I do on the dashboard?

All of our courses are available on the dashboard – so we can assign as many different courses, as you like to your business completely free of charge. That way, you can spend your credits on whichever courses you want – whenever you like. Check out our course library and then purchase credits to get started – the more credits you buy, the cheaper they are!

What our clients say…

We managed to get everything set up quickly on the dashboard, and it all seems straight forward to use. Once our learner was set up, they were able to work their way through the course and found it easy enough to navigate, especially whilst not being too computer savvy!! The help and tutorials under Support on the website are very well laid out and explain everything in detail, so for us, it’s been a big success.
