This course is designed for staff who are responsible for assessing the process to identify the controls needed, so that claims are authentic. It’s also for managers who are accountable for this activity.
On completion of this course, you’ll know how to control authenticity claims in the factory, in compliance with the standard.

About the training
The course includes exercises and takes approx. 50 minutes without breaks.
The test is made up of 25 multiple-choice questions. 70% is required to pass and gain a certificate. The test is open book and retakes are free of charge.
Process risk assessment
This course provides examples of how you can identify where in the process the claim is at risk, and then where it’s no longer at risk – known as the assurance point.
We will teach you about focusing your assessment and how to assess the at-risk points in the process.



Identifying and understanding claims
Included in your mini training is a comprehensive guide to different types of product claims to help you validate them.
The course teaches you how your product claims link to your product defence and supplier management systems.
