BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 now requires training providers to be approved as a service (operational) supplier.
For this reason, we’ve put together a pack for you, which includes everything you need to approve Techni-K as a training provider.

Operational risk assessment
We’ve carried out a risk assessment of the training services that we provide, in order to determine what controls would be required, and therefore what measures you’ll need to monitor our performance.

This document includes all the information we think you’ll need to approve us (based on the controls identified in the risk assessment) and then monitor us.
Monitoring
Once you’ve approved us as a supplier, you then need to monitor us. To help you do this, we’ve developed KPIs based on the risks that we’ve identified. You can view those here.
SAQs and further information
We appreciate that you may have your own systems in place for approving suppliers and may want other information from us too, to complete SAQ (supplier assessment questionnaires).
