Reset your password

In this article, we’re going to show you what to do when you’ve forgotten your password.

1. From the login screen, click forgot password.
2. On the next screen – enter your email address.
3. Then click reset.
4. You’ll then get should get an onscreen message to say you’ve been sent an email.
5. Go to your email client and find the email from audIT.app which contains your token.
6. Copy the token and paste it into the box provided, then click validate access token.
7. You’ll then be asked to provide a new password. You’ll also need to confirm it, to make sure it’s the same.
8. When you’re ready click the reset button.
9. You’ll then be redirected back to the login screen, where you can use your new password to log in.
