Understanding your training dashboard update report

If you’re setup with a dashboard business admin or department admin profile, at the end of each week you’ll receive a report from the training dashboard. The report generated and sent to the email address in the profile will contain all activity for the previous week.

To help you understand the training update email, we’ve provided a quick overview for you below:

 

  1. This is the total number of learner profiles on your dashboard. It includes active and inactive profiles. Inactive profiles are learners that have been archived.
  2. This is the total number of courses that have been completed within the past week.
  3. This is the total number of courses within the past week that were due to be completed. Note: This number would only be applicable to courses which have a training frequency assigned that would consequently generate a due date.
  4. This shaded row is the site name shown on your dashboard. You may have more than 1 site, depending on your setup.
  5. This is the department name shown on your dashboard within the site. You may have many departments setup within a site. These will all be listed on your report.
  6. Learners: This is the total number of learners in the Techni-K department. Note: The total shown in point 1 is a different total, indicating that 2 learner profiles are inactive.
  7. Completed: This is the total number of courses completed in the Techni-K department within the past week.
  8. To Complete: This is the total number of courses within the Techni-K department that are showing as incomplete within the past week.
