What is the order process?

We have 3 different options when you want to purchase training from us:

  1. Find the course you want on our website, pop it in your basket and check out online using your credit or debit card.
  2. Same as option 1, except you can choose to pay by invoice by ticking this box instead of using a credit or debit card online.
  3. Email us with the details of what you’d like to order and we will personally handle your order manually. We can send an invoice with a payment link and bank details, so you can then choose either  of these options to settle your balance owed.

Note: In all cases, you’ll be provided with an invoice. This will be sent following purchase or in advance, if you want to pay by bank transfer.

What is the order process if I want to setup an account?

When you want to purchase from us on a regular basis, we can supply training or credits on account through the use of a formal purchase order system. Please contact us by email to find out more at info@techni-k.co.uk.

How do I access the course after purchase?

On completion of your purchase, we will set you up with a login for your course. Although we will do this as soon as possible, please allow a maximum of two working days. Then all you need to do is login and get started! Please note, that unless you have an account with us in place, your login and instructions will only be issued following payment.

Do the training credits have an expiry after purchase?

No, credits are available for as long as you need them. If you have training budget to use up – this is a good way of spending it, so it’s not wasted.

Can I save money by buying training credits?

Yes, all of our eLearning courses have credit values, so it’s cheaper to buy credits in bulk to save money. Look at our training credit page here.

When are the credits used?

Credits are only used when a learner starts a course. This means you can load as many users onto your business training dashboard as you need to, as this doesn’t use any credits. Only when one of those users actually starts a course, are the credits used.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, that’s not a problem. When you get to the checkout just tick the pay by invoice option. We will then send you an invoice. Alternatively, you can email us for an invoice if you know what you’d like to order.
