How Can We Help?
Multi-site admins without Azure AD
In this guide, we’ll show you how to manage multi-site access. So, either watch the video or follow the step-by-step instructions.
If you need any assistance just get in touch, we’re always happy to help!
Before we start, it’s worth noting that if you’re using Azure AD to login to your account access permissions are managed centrally.
This means that you’ll need to speak to your IT team if you want access to more than one site.
The first thing you’ll need to do is email support@techni-k.co.uk and let us know you’d like multi-site functionality enabled on your account.

You’ll need to let us know:
Who you want to add as multi-site admins and their email address.
A multi-site admin is someone who can create multi-site users.
A multi-site user can work on more than one site audIT.app. For example, they will be able to carry out audits at more than one site or have actions assigned to them.
We’ll also need to know which subscriptions you want to add to the multi-site group.
So, for example:
My Food Company – Rotherham and My Food Company – Leeds.
Once we’ve received this information, if it’s in normal business hours, we’ll usually have you up and running the same day.

When your account has been upgraded to a multi-site admin, you’ll get an email to let you know.
If you’re already logged in when this email arrives, we’d suggest logging out, and then back in again.
You’ll notice your dashboard looks a little different.
Your to-do list shows you everything assigned to you from across the multi-site group.

And the main navigation is a little different. Across the top navigation you’ll see – Home, Sites, Users and Help.
Sites takes you to a page that lists all the sites you have access to.
If you click on any of the site names that will take you to that specific site.

The main navigation allows you to complete tasks, create non-conformances etc in this site. If you click the site link you will return to the site page again.

The users link in this section, allows you to create multi-site users. This means you can create users that have access to more than one site.
From here you’ll be able to give them whatever access permissions they need for each site.
When you save, the user you’ve just added will be emailed with their account details.
