How Can We Help?
What to do if you’re missing some courses
On occasions, you might find pages on our site don’t show everything they should. This is often caused by your PC trying to be ‘too helpful’ and save content locally to make your browsing experience quicker.
There are a number of ways we’d recommend trying to fix this annoying issue:
A hard refresh
Although the name might sound extreme all a hard refresh does is clear your browser cache for a specific page. In simple terms, it makes sure you get the most recent version of that page. It’s the next step up from hitting the ‘Refresh’ icon in your browser.
Google Chrome
- Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
- Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
Firefox
- For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
- Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
- Hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
If a hard refresh hasn’t done the trick, don’t worry, you can always try switching to ‘private’ mode.
Browse in private
Viewing in private is a great way of bypassing any local files your computer has saved that are related to the site you’re visiting.
Google Chrome
