Why am I getting an error when trying to manually create a GMP inspection?

If audIT.app won’t create a manual GMP inspection for you and you get the error “There are no inspectors to assign the inspection to’ – this is because the roles that need to be assigned to the GMP inspection template are missing within the settings area of the system. To resolve this you will need System Manager access to amend it.

Go to the settings area (orange bar, top right of the screen – click on the cog).

Go to the GMP roles tab.

Find the GMP inspection template that you’re using to create your manual GMP inspection and click to edit this.

Select the following roles:

  • Inspector (at least one)
  • Accountable manager
  • Verifier

Click save and then return to the process of creating your manual GMP inspection.
