Changing your password

You can change your password at any time to access your training dashboard, if you think that your security has been compromised. Simply login and click ‘Change Password’ in the menu on the top right-hand side of your screen, as shown below:

When you click ‘change password’ a new window will pop up, that you’ll need to complete. An example of this is shown below. Enter your existing password, and then enter your new password twice and click the green button ‘change password’ for the changes to take effect.

If you’re unsure what password to use, we recommend that you read the information and guidance provided by your business if they have this, or you can look at the information provided by the National Cyber Security Centre online here. On this government website, you’ll find lots of useful articles about how to stay safe online and how to ensure that the passwords you choose are safe.

We recommend that you never use a password that you’ve used somewhere else before and that you should choose a password that’s easy for you to remember.
