How can I log in if I have lost or forgotten my password?

It’s really easy to lose or forget passwords, with so many needing to be remembered for online access to literally everything! So, if you can’t log into your training dashboard, you can easily ask for this to be reset.

To do this, either go online and chat with us or send us an email to info@techni-k.co.uk  We will go through some security questions with you, if you’re chatting online with us to verify your identity. We may also contact your business to verify your identity if you are unable to give us sufficient information, based on the details we have on file.

To get you logged in, we will issue a temporary password, with instructions to get it reset straightaway once you’ve logged in.

Note: If you have a business manager who has issued your password from your place of work, please contact this person before you contact us.
