How are the courses assessed?

There is a multiple-choice test at the end of the course. The learner can refer to the digital lesson guide during the test, as the aim is to check their understanding, not their memory.

What happens if the test is failed?

The test can be taken as many times as needed. However, for each time the questions are taken from a bank of thousands, meaning that the learner cannot ‘learn to pass the test’. But rather, has to understand what they’ve learnt to pass the test.

Each time the test is attempted this is logged by the system and displayed on the business dashboard. Failed attempts are also communicated through update emails, to alert managers that the learner may need additional support.

How long does it take to get my certificate after completing the course?

On successful completion of the test, a digital certificate is generated immediately by the system. It can be viewed, downloaded and printed.

Do I get a hard copy of my certificate?

No, but you can print your certificate and the system will store it for you, so you can always access it.
