System requirements

A PC with keyboard, mouse, microphone, speakers and camera* are required if you wish to get the best out of this type of training.

You must have a computer or laptop that can be connected to the internet that has web browsing capability, for example: Google Chrome or Firefox.

We would recommend that you install a copy of the Microsoft Teams app on your PC – this will also be available on a link for download on your joining instructions prior to the start of your training.

We would also recommend the use of a headset that is equipped with headphones and speaker to enable you to hear and speak with other participants.
