Our SALSA eDoc pack is compliant with SALSA Food Issue 5 and provides you with all the procedures and record forms you’ll need to implement SALSA into your business. Plus, it’s downloadable – so you can get started straight away!

The documentation pack is prepared for you, with instructions to help you adapt it to suit your business needs and implement to gain your certiticate. It also includes HACCP templates to assist you in preparing your HACCP for your particular products.

This pack also includes the STS requirements, if you need to meet STS.

You also get a step-by-step workbook, which takes you through each section of the SALSA standard and explains what it means, what you need to do to comply and implement it effectively. The work book makes you feel like you have your own consultant right there with you!

    I purchased this SALSA pack last year with the intention of completing it within a few months, how wrong was I?!

    It is so detailed yet contains all the relevant documents specific to your own unique business.

    You may be overwhelmed with where to start but the SALSA workbook guides you step by step and provides detailed information on how and what to include in the documents.

    I’m in the food business so I took what was required and adapted to my own business.

    Although I have never needed their help per say (due to a couple of PA friends helping me communicating with Kassy and her team directly) they are only a phone call away.

    I have just got on with it filling out the documents daily, and now I’m in the process of deep cleaning the warehouse, which I know is in the pipeline for auditing.

    Definitely a must have pack if you want to take your business to the next level!

    I was delighted to find this instant download SALSA HACCP Pack, it is totally in line with the SALSA standard and my SALSA auditor followed it with complete ease. The templates are easy to use – even for a complete novice like me! There are full step by step instructions with most areas filled in so all you have to do is adapt the forms to suit your business.
