What is GFSI?

GFSI is the Global Food Safety Initiative. The GFSI are an organisation led by the Consumer Group Forum, which are recognised worldwide for benchmarking food safety standards. If the certification standard meets the GFSI Benchmark Standard, they’re known as a ‘GFSI recognised standard’.
