How do we do this?
We can follow your existing system or use our best practice HACCP templates that are backed by our proven methodology and expertise. It may be easier to replace your HACCP plan if you’re working with something that you’ve inherited that is substantially out-of-date.
How does it work?
We come to your site to look at your product and systems, walk your process flow to gather all the information we need and create a process flow diagram. We then get to work in our office to create a full HACCP system including a HACCP manual, process flow diagram, hazard analysis and CCP summary. We then come back to your site to carry out a HACCP review meeting with your team, where we assess the HACCP to ensure it’s accurate for your site and make any amends that are needed. This all means that you have a bespoke HACCP that fits your site perfectly and is owned by your site HACCP team.
How long will it take?
